Smith/Roberts & Associates is a structural engineering design firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana with a satellite office in Cincinnati, Ohio.  The company was established by Thomas G. Smith and Vince A. Roberts in the spirit of entrepreneurship and with an ambition to create an organization that offers superior client service in an enjoyable and personal manner. We have the ability to listen and understand our clients’ needs, then determine and apply the most cost effective, innovative yet economical solutions to each situation. We have over 35 years of combined experience in the structural design arena and have developed an outstanding reputation throughout the United States.  We have the ability to meet very aggressive schedules with documents of unparalleled quality and to provide personal service throughout the entire span of the project, from inception through construction, and throughout the life of the building. Our design services extend beyond the primary structural system, including providing structural engineering  services for all project characteristics requiring structural input such as special roof systems, exterior façade, skylights, stairs, specialty equipment, etc…
